Standard working hours
We work Monday to Friday, roughly 10am to 6pm IST. Occasional late evenings when a client deadline is close, but no culture of staying late to look busy.
Based in Ahmedabad
Our team works out of Ahmedabad. We work together in person because that's how we stay aligned, move quickly, and build better systems.
Direct collaboration
You'll work directly with the people building client systems and the people running the company. There's no layer of account managers between you and the work.
Learning is part of the job
Every project uses slightly different tools. If you like learning by doing — picking up new APIs, new platforms, new workflows on the fly — you'll do well here.
Documentation is not optional
Every system we ship gets documented and handed over to the client. If you like building things that other people can maintain, this is the right place.

You finish what you start
The work here is project-based. You'll own a client automation from start to finish. Half-finished systems are worse than none at all.
You write clearly
A lot of our work happens over email, Slack, and shared docs. If you can explain what you're doing in plain language, you'll fit right in.
You check your own work
Before you ship something to a client, you test it. Small things matter — a broken automation at 2 AM is not fun for anyone.
You ask when you're stuck
We'd rather you ask a question early than spend three days stuck. Nobody here expects you to know everything.
You think before you build
Every client's process is different. The work is not copy-pasting the same solution — it's understanding the problem first, then choosing the simplest thing that works.
You take feedback seriously
We review work openly. You'll get honest feedback, and you'll be expected to give it too. It's how everyone gets better.
