    Dashboard

    In this article we will understand how you can track the status of your Mail Merge’s activity.

    To do so Click Mail Merge> Dashboard.

    Once you click “Dashboard”, below window will open which will show you the status of all your Mail Merge’s within Mail Merge Sutra

    Let us understand relevant columns of “My DashBoard” in detail!

    1) Mail Merge Name: This represents the Mail merge name which you define while configuring your Mail merge

    2) Status:  Status measures your Mail merge results into 3 categories:

    Processed: This are results which has been processed by Mail Merge Sutra

    Pending: This are the results which are pending i.e yet to be processed by Mail Merge Sutra. This may be because your email quota is over or your mail merge has timed out. Learn more QUOTA AND TIME OUT TRIGGER. However once these are processed , they will automatically be considered in Processed

    Not Processed: This are the results which Mail merge sutra has ignored while processing emails. If you remember, in order to process emails, MM-status column needs to be blank.

    Note: Processed here means it has been considered while processing emails i.e even if it has bounced or not sent due to some reason, it will still show under processed since Mail merge Sutra has considered it while processing all results.

    3) Link: Since “My Dashboard” shows all the Mail Merge’s which you have processed ,we have provided you with a hyperlink which will navigate you to the respective Google sheet where you have entered all the details of respective mail merge

    Remember: Clicking on the link will open the updated google sheet i.e in case if you have any changes after processing mail merge, you will see the changed or updated version of your sheet.

    4) Remove: If you wish to remove your Mail merge from dashboard, simply click on Remove icon.

    Note: Removing from “My DashBoard” will not completely delete the Mail Merge from your account. Hence even if you have removed it from Dashboard, you still cannot duplicate the same Mail Merge name since it is still present in your account.
